The role also requires resolving customer concerns, conducting follow-up calls, and ensuring efficient handling of warranty issues.
Candidates should have at least five years of experience in sales and service, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
