Customer Service Phone Rep
-Process customer orders, taking orders over the phone, processing customer credit cards, processing expedited orders
-Process debit/credit memos on customer accounts including price corrections, freight correction, customer number correction, rep number correction,
-Work closely and assist the following departments and individuals: Regional VP Staff along with Factory Reps, shipping department, production planners, returns department, purchasing department.
-Adhere to all company policies and procedures
-Excellent MS Word and Excel skills
-Ability to prioritize and handle constantly changing priorities
