Job Description
NEW POSITIONS! 3RD SHIFT! $17.25/hr!
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain grinding machines, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Perform quality inspections of finished products to guarantee adherence to specifications.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with team members to fabricate components using various techniques including plasma cutting, laser cutting, and electrical discharge machining.
- Assemble parts accurately and efficiently, following detailed blueprints and technical drawings.
- Assist in programming machinery for specific tasks when required.
- Utilize cranes for moving heavy materials safely within the production area.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or machining environment is preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 80 lbs occasionally during your shift
- Familiarity with tooling processes and quality inspection methods.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies in the manufacturing process.
