Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to operate and maintain grounds equipment in a safe manner
- Ability to perform daily maintenance and inspect the equipment and facilities
- Ability to work independently or as a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel as needed
- Assist other areas/departments when needed
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous maintenance experience required.
- Basic mechanical knowledge (change tires, lights, etc.)
- Heavy-duty trucking knowledge is a plus
- HVAC knowledge is a plus
- Electrical knowledge is a plus
