-Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
-Must have excellent initiative, time management and documentation skills
-Must be able to work a rotating schedule: 6: 30pm to 6: 30am M, T, F, Sa every other week, and Su, W, Th the alternating weeks.
