Job Description
IMMEDIATE NEED FOR 1ST SHIFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN!
Duties/Responsibilities
- Perform duties based on current Quality Management System and Safety Management System
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems, including HVAC, hydraulics, and electrical components.
- Utilize schematics to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Operate precision measuring instruments to ensure equipment is functioning within specified tolerances.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and communicating effectively with team members and clients.
- Collaborate with other technicians to develop preventive maintenance schedules and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proficient in industrial maintenance practices with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements.
- Familiarity with hydraulics and electrical systems, including the use of voltmeters for diagnostics.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficient using MS Office programs
- Competence in using precision measuring instruments for quality assurance in repairs.
