Job Description


We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers to our office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and courteous manner.
  2. Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  3. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  5. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.
  7. Provide general administrative support to staff as required.

Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role is preferred.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  4. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  5. Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, phone systems).
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  7. Punctual and reliable.
